Services:Enforces regulations and licensing of state chartered banks, credit unions, and any other depository, lending, collection, debt adjusters and money transmission companies. Investigates and licenses certain individuals. Complaint forms are available on the Division's web site at http://fid.state.nv.us/New_Sitemap.htm#Forms.

For complaints regarding federally-chartered national banks, i.e. Wells Fargo, US Bank, etc. consumers should contact the Comptroller of the Currency Consumer Assistance Group (800) 613-6743.

For complaints regarding federally-chartered national savings/thrift institutions, such as Washington Mutual, etc. consumers should contact the Office of Thrift Supervision Consumer Affairs (800) 842-6929.

For complaints regarding credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, etc. consumers should contact the Federal Trade Commission Consumer Response Center (877) 382-4357.
