| Appointment Needed: | Yes. To apply for services, please contact the DVVAP office. You will be screened and asked to complete a worksheet. Your information will then be reviewed and if it appears DVVAP may be able to assist you, you will be scheduled for an appointment with an attorney. Please immediately notify DVVAP if you need emergency assistance at a hearing to extend or modify a protection order or if you are served with or receive any legal documents from the abuser. |
