Services:	The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southern Nevada, Inc. helps to foster a fair and honest relationship between businesses and customers. The BBB provides information about companies and handles complaints against both member and non-member businesses. Trained professionals resolve disputes between businesses and consumers in a process called arbitration. (If the business is not a member of the bureau, the bureau charges a fee to both the business and customer for the arbitration process.) The Better Business Bureau works closely with the government to keep the public informed about changes in the law and bad and/or illegal business practices.
