Services:The Governor's Office for Consumer Health Assistance helps consumers and injured workers in understanding their rights and responsibilities under Nevada law and health care plans. The office provides assistance through information, counseling, and education. People interested in finding information related to their health care rights should contact the office by phone, or the office may also be reached via email cha@govcha.state.nv.us, or through their online complaint form at http://govcha.state.nv.us/forms.htm. Questions or disputes regarding hospital or provider billing are also handled through this office.
