Why go to a law library?
- Law libraries usually have research materials that attorneys would use.
- The Nevada Revised Statutes (380.153)(http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-380.html#NRS380Sec153) and the Nevada Administrative Code (380.010)(http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NAC/NAC-380.html) require each county to make critical ("primary") research materials available to the public.
- Using these materials to do research may help you better understand your legal problem.
What you won't find at the law library…
- Legal advice--law librarians can't give you legal advice.
